1. Shipping Information
Order Processing: We process your order immediately once it is completed. Orders are typically shipped the next working day after the order is placed.
Delivery Timeline: Shipping usually takes between 3 to 8 business days.
Business Days: Our working days are Sunday to Thursday.
Promotional Periods: Please note that during sales, new launches, or holiday periods, delivery may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes.
Order Modifications: No changes or additions can be made to an order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
2. Returns & Exchanges
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our beauty and skincare products, our return policy is as follows:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will send a replacement at no extra shipping cost.
If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued once the original product is returned to our warehouse.
Hygiene & Safety: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, used, or had their security tags/seals removed.
General Returns (Change of Mind): Returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Notification Window: You must initiate a request for any return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your package.
3. Late Orders & Cancellations
Late Delivery: If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days from the date of placement, you have the right to cancel.

Refund Process: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or once the cancellation is confirmed (if the order never arrived).
4. Refund Methods
Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Refunds will be processed back to your card within 10–14 business days.
Cash on Delivery: For orders paid in cash, refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
